EB8's not detecting power outage...

Iv read the unofficial guide over and over... Iv never got an email saying my powers out but I know its been out so iv been testing tonight trying to make it work...

IV got this in my Email Outlet

If Power EB8_1 Off 000 Then ON
If Power EB8_2 Off 000 Then ON

I even made a virtual outlet with

If Power EB8_2 Off 000 Then OFF
If Power EB8_2 On 000 Then ON

Then Physicality unplugged the EB8_1 and it still showed on...

change your delay to 1 or 2 minutes and see if that works

If Power EB8_1 OFF 001 Then ON

Unless you have supplemental power, by the time power is restored the power failed condition is false. This will give you an extra minute.

I do have a 12V input on the Apex could that be the problem?

Seems like the 001 thing helped... The email alarm was still not working but the virtural outlet was... so I manually turned on the Email alarm then went back to auto and it seems to be working i guess it was stuck

You may want to test this a few more times. I have an issue with my unit. Whenever 12VDC power is present, the Apex will not recognize loss of power on either of two EB8s. This was verified by Curt via telenet, but he has not been able to replicate the problem on other units.
