Ebay hqi DE bulbs? Anyone try them?

Need new bulbs soon. Anyone try the cheap ebay ones? I need 2 250w bulbs and they got them for 15k and 20k for $49 shipped for two of them, Anyone ever use the ebay bulbs?

I tried them and you only get what you pay for. I wasn't happy with them.

I got my first ones off of ebay. They were 14k 250w DE. My only complaint on them was that they were more like 10k as far as color goes. I got good growth out of them, but switched to phoenix 14k.

I have used them as well and completely concur. They will keep things alive but I didn't see much prosper under them.

I bought (2) 20k single end bulbs for like $49 shipped. I was not a big fan of the color. The color of the bulbs didn't even match each other. I ended up using them for a couple weeks and then pulled them out and bought Radiums. I will keep them for back ups though.

I also tried them. Same as above one bulb didn't match the other. I switched to phoenix 14K after a couple months. Things look great now.
