EBay Metal Halide Bulbs!!!

I was searching around Ebay and saw they have tons of Metal Halide Bulbs... Now i have heard people say great things as well as bad things... I was looking for everyones opinion on them...

I bought some 14k 175watt de's off of a seller named greatdel for $15 each and they are awesome. My tank looks better now than ever.
And these are for an Odyssea fixture, which is amazing also for the money!!!

I think whoever the person greatdel is def has a monster operation.

Prices sure are cheap but they never seem to really promote the kind of growth that some of the upperbrands do.

With the price difference so extreme I do think if your just running a light reef then they are the way to go.

if you are using the higher K bulbs, you aren't going to get as much growth anyhow. Are you comparing growth between high k bulbs or a 10k+supplement and a 14k or 20?
