For the time being, I am limited to a 10 gallon Nano. I have been trying to think of a clean way to get some extra lighting on my standard 10 gallon tank in an attractive manner. I saw the Eclipse, which would allow me to run a bio wheel as well. I have seen mixed reviews. My plan would be to pick one up and retrofit LEDs in place of the flourescent tube. Anyone tried this? Anyone have experience with this hood? One of my concerns is will the light be too close to the front glass?
