Eco-Plus or Pacific Coast for Cold Water Reef?

Which 1/4 HP chiller should I use for my cold water reef: Eco-Plus or Pacific Coast? Both claim the same amount of pull down.

But I guess what it comes down to is their temperature range on the unit. Some chillers only allow the temperature to go to 60 degrees. What is the lowest temperature allowed for each of those chillers?

I have been reading about the two and both seem good though Pacific Coast I think has a longer positive track record. I have heard of many coldwater systems running on pacific chillers. FYI I am considering the same thing.

West coast Aquatics chillers is also an option. They are truly made in California and appear to be rock solid. They are not imported like the two above.
