ecoBAK how good is it?

hey guys thought i'd ask this simple question because i've read up on this and seem to think it's a safer easier was to dose carbon then vodka and other things......i know Bill uses it so i hope ya step in with ya thoughts on it....as a few of ya know my tank is only 55g and saw i would only need very little if i used it and there for i would have it in a phosban reactor i think....though i have a coralife 65 skimmer and not too sure that would be good enough to handle it......thoughts....comments, all welcomed

Eco-Bak works great, But the type of Skimmer must be very effecient and you must have IMO a Hanna meter to check Po4 levels accuratly. Then on to the reason you would run this product is mainly for SPS that require very clean water, Softies and LPS will Not do well as they prefer dirtier water. So IMO until you are at that point in your selection of coral and equipment it may do more harm than good.
