EcoSmart live stinks

My house lost power and my gen twos got messed up. Went on ecosmart live to reprogram them.... no matter what I do the time won't switch from 5:52am to 552pm. I even tried to hit custom and then set. Just goes right back to am. Anyone else having issues or how to fix this

How do you switch it to the 24 hour format? I hit custom and put in the right time and it freezes

And I'm seeing red... getting really angry. I hate ecosmart live. I have always had some type of issue with this piece of crap

I've never messed with the time.
If you click on your name in the top right corner, the very first item in your account info is the time zone.
Do you have your correct time zone selected?

cant find how to change it to military time. And I triple checked my time zone. I even tried a different time zone to see if anything would happen. Phone time lets say is 430PM ecosmart says 430AM. you click automatic and it loads and 430AM pops back up. you click "custom" and manually set the time to 430pm.... it loads and 430am appears.

What is the time on your computer? It's pulling your time from somewhere. Maybe it thinks you're in Africa

time on the computer is right. but even if I do "custom" it should have changed to whatever I told it to. And it doesn't it just goes back to the right time but wrong am/pm

Shot in the dark here but have you maybe tried a factory reset and firmware update on the lights?

I did do a firmware update and it did not fix the issue. I was going to try a factory reset after I try calling ecosmart Monday
