My vortechs remain on the schedule set even though EcoSmart participation is selected to be on. I've re-programmed everything a few times and nothing has changed. Is this how it's supposed to work?

EcoSmart Participation will put your VorTech into night mode when your Radion goes into night mode.

That's what I thought, I have it selected and my pumps are not going into night mode. What should I do to correct it?

Did you import and schedule your Vortechs using the EcoSmart Live iPhone app? If so, EcoSmart Participation becomes obsolete. In fact, it is recommended that you disable it to avoid confusion. Once you schedule your Vortechs using EcoSmart Live, they will follow your schedule exactly, regardless of what your Radions are doing.
