While I was on vacation one of my two Vortechs fell off. When I got home I cleaned it and put it back without knowing what may have happened to it. I also cleaned the other and found a bunch of rust in it. I sent an email Sunday afternoon and had a response back Sunday night to send both wetsides in. I sent both in on Thursday and received them back the next Thursday with new magnets, screw and cover.
I really appreciate the fast response and turnaround! Thanks! I was initially hesitant to spend this much money but you guys have proven the decision to be a good one.
