I figured I would share this letter that I just sent to Ecotech

"I just want to take the time to express my appreciation and how happy I was with my experience working with Steven and Ecotech customer support! I have never before in my life received such pleasant service when I had an issue with a product. I admire how much Ecotech stands behind its Vortech product and it is quite frankly a breath of fresh air to do business with people and a company that is willing to go the extra mile to make their customers happy! I will most defiantly recommend their products and I look forward to what products they will produce in the future!

I agree! EcoTech’s service is great, I've been having issues and they immediately offered to replace the pump to remedy the problem. I told them I would hold off to see if it stops before doing that but I appreciate how quick they are to trying to get a problem solved.
 
One time my cat chewed through the power cord on my vortech... I asked how much it would cost to replace and they said they appreciate my honesty and would repair it for free. Gestures like that go a long way in turning people into "lifetime customers"!

Paul im very glad everything worked out and again im sorry it didnt work right when I got it back and sold it to you. Let me know what you want to do this weekend. Call me some time.
 
Ecotech has always been excellent concerning repairs/replacement/customer service - Tim and Steve are top notch. A great, innovative product.
