This came from a sports forum I read. Only info I have is that it was caught on the edge (greenwater meets bluewater) in the gulf. I never really thought about eels being at the rigs. I'm in timeout on that forum so I can't ask any specifics.

Looks alot like koke to me but I could be wrong

It's the wrong location for it, and doesn't have a yellow head, but it looks a little like an undulated moray to me.
