One more option, I go to USFSP and they have like a 16ft tank in the main building where the cafeteria is, it's called the reef.

Did you try asking the florida aquarium, Clearwater aquarium, or mote marine?

Try coral corral they have a few big ones maybe they will take it

It would be better for an aquarium to have it at least you know it will be in good hands.....just curious did you try the aquarium at the end of the sponge docks in tarpon?

We do that tank too. Sorry, but that eel wouldn't get along with the rest of the tank inhabitants!

The zoo has a tank with a decent sized tessellata in it - might be able to hang out in that tank.
