:sad2: Hey Everyone--I am in need of some major help. I just lost my very first moray a chainlink that I have had for 7 years. He has been kept in a 125gal tank with a fluval 404 and emperor 400 as well as an undergravel filter powered by 3 maxijet 1200's. I have a SeaClone 150 skimmer and an aquaclear aquatics skimmer as well. He gets fed krill, silversides, and whatever else he can scarf up from his tankmates. Water parameters are all within perfect to near perfect range. Last night when I fed him, he acted a little strange (wasn't his normal frenzied self) but I didn't think much of it. Tonight, my wife came home and found him hunched over with a "tumor" in his throat. The first thing we thought was perhaps he swallowed something and it was stuck, however, we couldn't see anything in his throat. My wife is a vet tech and said that it looked just like a tumor and when we were working to look at it, said that it was very soft, just like a fleshy mass. :sad2: He wasn't breathing normally and was very sluggish. I have spent all evening looking for answers and cannot find a things. Does anyone have any ideas what could have brought this thing on or what it may be? Thanks for your help everyone. I really appreciate it as always.
