Eggs in my tank :)

well I came home from work today and looked in my tank and found some eggs, I am guessing they are from my engineering goby's since the eggs are in the place they always stand and you can see on of the gobyes in the picture

wow. This is fantastic. I find it so amazing that new life can find a way to reproduce in such a limited environment. Now, what are the next steps? Do you know if you need to move them somewhere or something like that? I imagine that you want them to make it to adulthood.

Although, in all honesty, I bet is very hard.

No clue on next steps. Honestly I am not trying to bread them. Just happened naturally, so to me that means they are healthy

I think I am just going to leave them where they are and see what happens

I used to breed clowns. These are really large eggs compared to them.

Not positive but I thought engineer gobies are mouth brooders once the eggs hatch... again, not positive

Nevermind, they are not mouthbrooders... after hatching, the juveniles look to attach to a solid structure where the parents will defend them.
