Eggs on glass?

What are they? Are used to have nerite snails in my freshwater tank but I don't have any in this tank as far as I know but I'm starting to wonder as I have these things everywhere on the glass

spirorbid worms they filter feed from the water and form tubes to live in they won't move but they will spread. There ok to have just clean them off the viewing surface.

I'm going with pineapple sponges, filter feeders.

EDIT: nope. Definitely spirorbids. I see the tubes now.
