Hi, I've noticed my two clowns being protective of a piece of rock immediately under their rbta,on inspection I can see what looks like a cluster of silvery/grey nest of eggs.in my tank there is a 5 inch blue tang,a small filefish and four chromis.what are the chances of survival, and do I need to do anything to improve the odds? Ty.

There is nothing you can do. They will be food for your current fishes or they will get filtered out. Clowns need to be raised in separate systems.

Hi,what are the chances of them surviving if they get sucked into the refugium,I have a mass of critters that thrive there that came from main tank via the drain away?,there are snails, brine shrimp, cope pods, asterina stars, bristle worm, and lots of Chaeto to find cover.or will the parents eat them as they hatch?

They won't survive.
They need to be raise separately (at least initially) and have to be provided with live rotifers as a food source for up to a week. They would just be food for other critters if they make it to the refugium.
