I recently bought this filter from someone on RC and the guy didnt have any filters for it so I wanted to know what filters and media should I fill it with.

Like ceramic rings or something to help keep the ammonia down.. I dont know.

This is going on my 29 gallon reef tank...

Most people would not recommend you use a canister filter on a reef tank at all. It's just basically a nitrate factory.
