Is this an existing power line that's going into a new box? Or a new power line that PG&E is creating to a new box? I have a buddy that's an electrician but over looks a crew in SF. I can always ask him for a side job. All I know is when we got a new box on an investment property we had to go through the city for permits etc.... I thought it was switch one out for another and were set LOL
