Elegance Coral Folded up

My Elegance Coral is not Opening up for the last two days not sure why .. all the parameters are good Calcium is little excess 480. Alk at 8.7 dkh PO3 and NH4 are good. See the attachment I inspected the Under Side the stoney part look like it has some light brown Slime with might be irritating my Elegance .. How to get rid of that .. I am thinking of Using a tooth brash and removing the brown slim and dipping it in Coral RX ... What do you all advice ?

How long have you had it? What type of flow is it in?

I would remove the brown substance.

I would remove the "brown substance" too. Coral Rx is probably a good idea as well.
When I get a new elegance, I always scrub the skeleton clean with a tooth brush, and rinse it well, before placing it in the aquarium.

Very good advice. Are you sure on your parameters? I trust a test kit a while back and found my parameters were off after I bought a new/different type of test kit
