Elegance left its skeleton

My elegance who, for some reason, has been in poor health. I saw a crab embedded in its flesh about a month or so ago that i couldnt get out. Its been receding as of the last 2-4 weeks. Today i come home and it has was out of its skeleton. I know they will not last with polyup bailout. Should I just scoop it out? I do not want it to mess up my params.

If you are certain it will not last, pitch it and save yourself the algae break out. I would pitch it.
