Does anyone have an Elibi Angelfish? Or I guess some call it a red stripe angel fish. Mine seems to nip at corals all the time. but he is so freakin cool.

If you do a search you will find people have also had this same problem. Most of the dwarf angels are not completely reef safe. You will have to decide if you like the fish or coral more.

In my experience the worst in terms of picking of the over thirty species of Centropyge are the three species of the flavissima complex of the Centropyge subgenus... which include Centropyge flavissima, C. vrolikii, and C. eibli... despite their color differences they are remarkably similar genetically...

Eiblli would be much better in fish only enviroment... besides eating coral problem, them are on agressive side of dwarf angel family....

this explains the behaviour of my lemonpeel/half black hybrid lol

but good thing with dwarf angels is that they nip at polyps[which my corals can tolerate], rather than breaking off tips like some larger angels.
