Elos 55g

so as you can see below i broke down 2 tanks and moved alll my guys into a used (new to me) Elos 70 - its a 55g rimless with custon sump/ref

I have to sol led blues and mostly sps - even tho i am scared i am going to kill alot of them bc the new light change over so they are all hanging out in the sand bed

Yeah the lights have been tricky- I don't wanna fry Anything yet I have been getting some brown out :/

Brown out from too much light? I thought it would be the other way around. What was your previous light set up?

It was the other way- I had them turned dOwn around 20% and only on 6 hrs bc I didn't want to nuke them - everything is coming back now

Ah, okay I got you. Good to hear, I really like the set up and am seriously considering switching to LEDs, would one of those fixtures work for a 30 long, or would I need 2?

Mine is 29 by 24 - so prob depends in livestock ideas an rockwork - mine are at about 60 and I an nervous - they spit out par - don't get hot and can be programs to do about anything - including the lighting storms which are pointless but cool in the living room - I ha t5 which I loved but the led look better and have a small look -
