I have a quick question about the Concept80. I am considering buying this aquarium though I may go with the larger System70 (if I can get my landlord to agree to the extra gallonage). Anyhoo, I see on your website that you all offer the cabinet doors with the black stripe. Elos also has this cabinet available with a lime green stripe instead of black. I would much rather have the lime green. Would I be able to get this through Marine Depot or would I have to order directly from Elos? Thanks!

Hi, Cloudburst2000. Thank you for giving us the first opportunity at your business. We checked on this and you'll actually need to go through Elos directly to score the green stripe. Whether you buy the black from us or the green through Elos, we think you'll be pretty stoked with this tank. We're going to have one in our booth at Reef-A-Palooza in October"”we're super excited to set it up!

If it helps and If you prefer to order through Marine Depot, I can ship the acid green fascia separately to either Marine Depot or you directly. There would be no price increase for that when replacing the gloss black that Marine Depot offers.

Quick question. With 4x24watt strips installed, what would that generally equate to in metal halide wattage? Would this be enough for SPS?

We went straight to Elos to answer your questions. Here was their reply:

"œThey are in stock this week. The 4x24w would be enough for SPS but he can also add the E-stripes with CREE XT-e or T5 in the same areas inside the AquaTop."
