emerald crab disappeared

i used to have 3 emerald crabs, 1 i bought and he got huge other 2 where hitchhikers and much smaller smaller.

my question is all 3 are gone now.

would a pink spot watchman goby eat them, all three disappeared shortly after i introduced him into the tank. i did have an overdose of calcium during this time, but my 3 cleaner shrimps and sally crab are still alive.

any thoughts

Your sally crab, I regret to say, can grow to the size of a dinnerplate and eats fish and anything else it can get, including other crabs during their molt phase. They're cute and I love them, but he's better in the sump, where he can live well and harmlessly.

i did see it eating one. he has been in the tank with it for the whole time, so i was thinking it wasn't him, i guess he just hungry one day
yes the sally is getting big, i think i will catch him soon

in the saltwater game hunger ruins friendships :sad2:

I got rid of my Sally when he ate 2 gobies and three clowns. Get it out ASAP, have fun catching it!
