Emerald Crab question

I just got a ORA tank raised Spotted Mandarin. I have a Emerald Crab in my tank, is the crab going to be competing for pods with the Mandarin? The Mandarin is eating frozen food but I want to make sure there's enough pods for him too.

Hi, usually Mithraculus crabs do not feed on copepods. They are much to tiny and fast for crabs to prey on, although it might be the crab may once and again (!) get one, but that would be rare exceptions.

the crab would only be a problem if its big or the mandarin is small
