Emerald crab was just releasing eggs into the water

I shut off the UV sterilizer ...
i took a few scoops and put some larvae into a refugium tank. Anything else I can do to see if they can live? or will the fish and filters and maybe lack of food kill them off?

Maybe put some of those larvae into another tank with no filtration and add a bit of phyto? It's just a random guess here. Maybe baby brine shrimp or rotifers if you have them?

Feed BBS. Don't expect high survival rates to juvenile crabs. Expect below 20%.
