Emergency Please Help!

Hey all!
My H. Crispa was properly acclimated about a week or so ago, Its had a small bulge under its mouth for a while, but everyone I talked to at the LFS said it was a normal part of acclimation. Last night everything was fine. My params are reasonable
Ph 8.0
temp 79
Calcium 540
Phosphate 0.5
KH 10

This morning, I woke up and it looked terrible. I seperated it from my clowns,
I got home from work and it had let go of his rock, and is now resting in my fish net.

If you have any ideas of how to help this litle guy I would love to hear them!!!

Mine likes to be placed in a little hole in the sand at the base of a rock. Not too muck flow but a little is needed. Im not sure what type of lights you have but let us know.

Should I take it out of the net? I just figured the sand would irritate it more.
