just added about 10% water to my tank durring a water change, and forgot to dechlorinate my water. i know i should use filtered water, but anyways. i caught my mistake in less than a minute. i added the dechlorinator asap. how much trouble are my fish in. right now only live rock, 2 fish, and some snails and a cleaner shrimp. please help

Absolutley none, relax. Youre only mistake is using tap water. Otherwise youre fine the declor worked even after adding it later.

Also if the water was mixing for 24 hours the chlorine should have evaporated out of the water. Although I may
be wrong.

Of course that depends on how much 10% is. If your tank is 250 then that is 25 gallons and would probably take more time to evap that much.

Edit: I just noticed your tank is 28gallons so that is 3. You should be fine

When I switched tanks I forgot to treat the water and put the fish in! They all lived so I would imagine a 10% water change couldn't be too bad lol.
