emperor angel won't feed

Hi have tried everything and nothing works not even garlic.
He also has white patches and whitespot, water parameters are excellent and don't know what else to do

mine started like that and about a week later, he eat like a pig.
right now, he will eat anything I put in the tank. give it time.

as far as white spot, I think it is ich and mine has it when I put into my tank. I have few cleaner shrimps and they will clean stuff off his body.
So, I think that helped.

Thanks so far I have quarantined him and treated with a fresh water dip and then cuprazin and also have got my fingers crossed
