Where is this "Emperor" term coming from. Is it just ConcreteReefers term, or is there a website trying to coin the term, because it already has a name, "picasso".

This is the thread I was talking about. I don't know how to extract the picture that was present but perhaps Phender, Jhardman, Marina or one of the other forum vets remember this thread.
