Emperor with swimblatter problem

My emperor has a swimblatterproblem i suppose...any suggestions on healing???
I've allready tried antibiotics in a quarantaine tank without any result.....

Video doesn't work, but if it is swim bladder disease you could try the pea trick. Try feeding him a peeled boiled pea. (The same kind you & I eat.) It isn't a cure but it might help relieve his symptoms for now. Can't hurt, right?

Looks like he has a bulge in his stomach area. Possible obstruction or maybe even an internal growth of some sort? The pea trick is worth a shot... it should help if it's an obstruction.
