emporer 400 filter?

is this good for my 46 bow f.ow.l.r, i also have tunze skimmer and 65 lbs, live rock,its the kind with the dual bio wheels,and 4 slots for media,very big filter,i was having issues with water quality with the aqua clear 70,so this must be better??

I would say that it would be great. It produces a good amount of water flow. The filters are generally long-lived. I would remove the biowheels though as they will just add to the nitrates in your tank.

How are the bio wheels going to add nitrate? Other than by converting the nitrite......The pads need to be cleaned weekly and it is a great way to put carbon in the tank with the cartridges.
