The wifey wants me to get an emporer angel. Dont angels pick on corals? I have frogs, zoos, shrooms and palys in a 90gal. Of course it's always nice to keep #1 happy.:fun2:

do a search; this has been covered exhaustively in these forums. As with any large angel, or any angel for that matter (with the exception of a small few), you are taking the risk of corals being eaten when introducing this species to your tank. It is really a toss-up in terms of what your particular fish likes to eat, and what its behaviors are. Some Emperor Angels will be model citizens, while the one I had would dive head first into clam mantles and tear out the meat, so he was out of my reef tank pretty quickly.
A 90 isn't big enough for an emp long term and the corals you keep just might be on the menu, especially the frogspawn and zoo's. A Genicanthus angel would be a much better choice.
