I just "rescued" a 20 cube worth of corals and some clowns.... I know what most of the corals are, but she said this was pectinia, however it looks nothing like any pectinia I have found online. It had begun encrusting over the neighboring rocks in her tank before her, and I use her words, "deadly algae outbreak" (some hair and red slime she didn't know how to get rid of) so she sold it all for a hundred bucks...... it is a bright green under actinic and the main branch structure does have some bleaching where her lights went screwy and stayed on full bright 15 hours a day, but colored portion seems to have some dark almost vein like lines thru it. Took pics under blue and white light so maybe someone can help me out. First 2 are the main structure that's on the frag plug, next 2 are where it had started to spread to the rock next to the plug.
