dang jeff, wish i knew you had one!
woulda been nice to actually note the diference between the two for online reference for others.

i used 3 layers on mine as well. i also had to drop my waterlevel quite a bit. overall very happy.

for you guys that do have recirculating skimmers id HIGHLY recommend changing over and direct feeding it.
heres a post on how to do it, so it isnt affected by surges etc
