I know for the past few posts, I have been posting a lot of negative comments about L.A.'s live stock. But I do have to talk about the good live stocks. Here are all the other fishes that survived the shipping and are still alive as of today. I know it has not been 14 days yet, but they look happy. :p

I guess for the ones that survives the shipping, they are top quality.

All I know is, DFS/LA/DD is THE best company to order from. Period.

A++ quality

A++ customer service

A++ processing speed

A++ packaging (they also use recycled boxes, and 100% "green" recycled peanuts) I am a "green"/recyclable person. So I greatly appreciate them trying to help the environment.

Yes, I agree on some of your above statements iFisch.
The only one I think they need to work on is Quality. I would give them A- for quality. Since I received 2 sick/disease fishes out of 11 fishes. I just received 3 fishes today and I will also let you know how they are later, but I was surprised by the heavy duty packaging.

A+ customer service - Not giving me a true answer.

A++ processing speed

A++++ packaging

Wild caught, or fish not bought from Divers Den don't have as high of rate of survival than fish bought from Divers Den. The amount of work and time that goes into QT'ing all DD fish, is worth the price alone.

Plus, I very, very rarely hear anyone say their DD fish is sick, DOA, etc. I hear NOTHING but the best from Divers Den, not to say the other fish LA sells isn't quality either. But from my understanding, DD fish go through a much further and extensive QT'ing than any other place.

Oh, then next time I will look into their DD fish. I just ordered some weekly specials and on the regular list.

But then again, my boxes was dropped by someone along the way, (not L.A.'s fault), maybe that was the reason why they did not survive. But like I said, the ones that survived are happily eating and swimming in the DT. They start eating that same night.

I'm in no way saying ordering fish through LA is "bad", however from my understanding, the BEST quality, healthy, pest free fish come from DD.

There is no doubt that DD fish are the best in the industry. But, in general, my experiences, while primarily with DD, have always been good with LA as well. But keep in mind that DD are selected as the best of the best, and then put through their quarantine process, so that it is not surprising that you are getting premium results. I am a huge fan of LA and especially DD for that reason.
