Enough flow or too much flow?

For tinkering purposes not I have my 6ft 125 tank almost setup the way I want (rock/coral wise). I setup my maxi jets with the black propeller from the Sure-Flow adapter kit on each end of the tank. seems to be just about on the edge of two much for my softies and such. I have them 5? inches from the top of the tank and maybe 1/3 from the front. They are facing each other and eveything seems to be okay for the most part but the sand gets a flake every square inch moved once in a while. Its not like a sand storm or anything, just a flake here or there. Everything seeps to have a good pushing flow but not too overbearing but the frogs dont like it and the torch is getting the crap blown out of it but hasnt shriveled up, so, I guess is acceptable? The tank in the middle top has a vortex going on, not too serious but is swirling around in a circle. Rock work is paralell with the back of the tank and goes evenly across about 3" out from my two back wall overflows and is 2/3 high at the back andgling down to the sand a little more than 1/3 back from the front of the tank.

I know it is hard to say if it is too much, but, since this is a first experiment I thought I would post this to see what you all thought. I dohave some zoa/palys on the sand in which I never saw or noticed such thick lashes before, lol.

On a side note, I installed the 2,000gph propellor and that was a beast, lol. Wow I loved the undertow as it seemed to suck out dirt that wasnt even in the sand or rock, it just magically appeared, lol. I may have to invest in a vortec 40 sometime down the road as I would like t just have that setting for maybe 30 minutes to clean things and then go back to low flow.......cool....!!
