Enough Flow?

I have a 28gal mixed reef aquarium and I am currently running a Koralia #1 and #2 which gives me about 1000 gph or about a 35x turnover rate.

Does this sound sufficient? I know that people say you only need about 25x or something like that but I still think I could squeeze more in there if it would be beneficial.
