Enough Lights for our Coral?

We have a 60 Gallon Hexagon Tank that is about 3-3.5 feet deep. In it we have all soft corals, and since we started this tank from another a week ago, our corals are not responding very well. We have only 3 15W lights and were told this is not enough wattage? Does anyone have any suggestions, recommendations to what wattage is needed to keep the corals happy?

Thanks, Geoff

45 watts is about enough for 9 -10 gals of water. You want somewhere in the range of at minimum 3 to 4 watts per gal
