I'm looking for personal experiences with this anemone. Some people call it the rock flower anemone. I have a RBTA so I was just looking for another hardy anemone. I don't intend for it be a host or anything. I'm looking for some info. on the maximum size. And would they take out some fish. I'm familar with all of the other aspects of anemone care though.

They are very cool anemones and usually stay in the spot you put them, rarely move.

Mine is about 6.5'' in diameter. I think they max out at <10'' but I'm not sure. I've had mine over a year. It has a very strong sting but since it doesn't really ever move you can just position corals around it. It is very hardy. I have a porclein crab (Neopetrolisthes maculatus) hosting mine.
