epoxy covering the magnets

what happen to the epoxy that covering the magnets for your powerheads? is there away we can buy the epoxy.Thanks

The magnets on some models of our pumps are now made with a different material which cannot rust or degrade in water. It's the same material that many impellers are made from and so does not require the epoxy coating. Though the magnets themselves cannot rust, you should make sure that no foreign objects get stuck to them. For example GFO (phosphate removal media) particles can get stuck to the magnet and then make it look like the magnet has rusted.

sound good.i'm just use to the old magnets they had a good clean finished look to them and i miss the epoxy coating.
