Equipment Choice for a 300G tank ?

Which skimmer would u choose for a 300g tank includes sump

Mainly stock on Full SPS and maybe damsels or athias a school of them

dimension is 4ft x 4ft x 2ft with a 3ft by 2ft by 1.8f sump

Skimmers :
1. DELTEC AP851
2. ATI Bubble Master 250
3. HnS 150-2001 (since under stock)

please advise

Lightings to cover this cube ?

in what combination :

1x400W MH
4x250W MH
3x4 Tubes ATI T5

in what sort of arrangment will u use if u have all these lightings ?
