ER crazing

Hey guys,
I got my new ER RS80 today and I was saddened to see a lot of crazing on the acrylic body. The cup looks great but a good bit of the body appears to have these spider web like cracks in it. What can I do here? I'm not thrilled about having to go any longer without a skimmer while I have to send this back.

Sorry to hear about that. Just send me an e-mail with your name so I can look up your order. We can get a new one sent out to you right away. I am not sure if we can get it out today but it would be able to go out Monday. I will also cantact Euro Reef to see if they have had any problems. Hope to hear from you soon. Have a great weekend.

Hello everyone,
Just wanted to give everyone a little update. Michelle, PA, and ER were awesome in helping me out. Michelle responded to my email the very next day and told me to go ahead and use the skimmer (since it was just cosmetic). She had Euro reef contact me and they sent out a new body which I received today. Michelle responded to my every email and gave me constant updates. Great customer service and a fantastic skimmer. Here is a few hours of skimmate!
