Eshopps Eclipse L install question, gaskets

Holes drilled, ready to install this thing, but...

There are 4 gaskets for the large bulkheads going through the tank.

Is it GLASS | GASKET | BOX | GASKET | NUT

or

is it GLASS | GASKETS | BOX | NUT

I'm assuming the first scenario.

I've never installed an internal/external like this, it's usually a custom build where I silicone both boxes to the tank.

internal box | gasket | glass | gasket | external box | nuts

I blame it on Birthdays...
