Eshopps probe magnet holder ?

If anyone is using this I would like to know if its ok if the magnets are under the water - I.E. is there anything on the magnet side that can cause problems to the water. My sump does not have a lot of room so I would like to put the magnets in the RO/DI side to set up the holder on the opposite side and only the magnets would be in the water since the RO/DI chamber is the full height of the sump where the main sump areas are only 9 inches. The two magnets are encased in plastic yet I wanted to get any feedback from people using this holder.

The magnets that attach to the holder are in sealed acrylic "containers". As far as their waterproof ability I would be safe to say you would be good though some heavy acrylic cement around the seam would assure that. Hope that helps.
