Eshopps PSK-75 skimmer

I bought this skimmer from you about a year and a half ago, and lately the pump has become kind of loud. Not like a buzz saw, but just this annoying hum. I've tried cleaning the pump a couple times, and it hasn't seemed to help. Can these pumps be replaced, or do I need to buy a brand new skimmer? Are the any modifications I could make perhaps? Thank you.

The pump is still too noisy, so I took the pump apart to check everything out and it looks fine. The impeller is not cracked or anything. The peg looks fine.. I still have both rubber grommets for the end of the peg, etc. When I look into the cavity where the impeller is housed though, the sides look scuffed up. I ran my finger around in there and the sides are definitely abrasive. Could this be causing the noise? I'm guessing I would have to replace the whole pump, and not just the impeller, correct? Thank you.
