I have a on topic question, what scale hae you all been using to mix he parts by weight? Or ar you all just using volume? I mixed only 15 gallons worth, the heaviest part was the salt at around 3lbs (~960 grams) (except the ~120lbs water), I have a kitchen food scale from weight whatchers that measure grams to 5000, or lbs to 6#'s but the stupid thing auto shuts off in 15 seconds if the weights don't advance, so far I've just been pushing down on it while getting more mag or part a/b, but often the stupid thing turns off (battery's are freakin pennies, when will these companies realize we don't need devices to turn off in 15 seconds, jeez. Anyways, it's enough of a pain, and the device isn't that nice to use, but it's worked. Anyone else using any digital scales ? 0-10 pound accurate to .1 gram would be sufficient, but something has to exist worth using, I guess it's time to visit the local head shops, as I bet I can't find a decent digital scale there, but thought I might ask here first.
Now for measureing 40-200 #'s of water, I assume a decent bathroom scale could do that, but while I am asking, I'll ask abouto that as well.
Thanks in advance, please link to examples if you have them.
