ETA on Sprung and Delbeek's new book?

Any ETA on volume 3? Just curious when you guys expect to get this book in. I already pre-ordered, and I'm really looking forward to reading it.

To the best of our knowledge, it's due mid december. Of course we won't know for sure until it's in our hands.

Thanks. I guess it's still sort of up in the air, since I believe they've pushed the date back a few times already. Next thing you know, it'll be January.
