I'm in for helping the night before and during the swap after the first hour or so (I'm thinking I can get a table with someone and we can swap off who watches it). I'll see how the babysitting and coral selling goes but I hope to be able to help clean up but can't quite commit to that yet.

I flash back to old threads about the food godess Mel. Nearly every meeting discussion involved a lenghty discussion about the eats that would be present.

Has anybody given thought to electrical distribution needs to the tables? I may be able to help in setup -- particularly if it will keep you guys from electrocuting yourselves or setting up all the frag tables to trip off power at peak load the next day.

Yeah we planned that out during the BOD meeting at Eddie's. The electrical shouldn't be a problem.....help would be great

Unfortunately it does not look like I will be able to make it. It is Amy and my 4th-year anniversary and we will be out of town!!! I can't believe I will not be able to make it... but that is the price you pay for love right Just let me know what frags are left over!
