OK, got something I have to do tomorrow before 4:30 so I can't stay late. Sorry, but I'll try to get there a bit early to help and can offer to man the sales tables for door prize or raffle if need be.

I think we are set up for everything... No one needs to show up before 10... And really if you show up a half hour or so before the swap it should be fine...

I think we'll be mostly standing around drinking coffee till 11:30... Or maybe thats wishfull thinking...
